CLINIQUE Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion | Review

I’m always looking for a good moisturiser, since my skin is quite dry, especially the T zone. So I decided to try Clinique’s answer to dry skin and the skin expert suggested I tried the CLINIQUE Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion .

I’m not a big fan of lotions, as they always seem ‘too weak’ when it comes to moisturising, however I thought I should at least try one before I speak.

This lotion comes in two sizes. I bought the small size as I wasn’t sure if I like this. Unfortunately, the small size comes with no pump. And this is a bummer, as the bottle itself does not help and I’ve spend so much time trying to get the right amount out! So that was a bit disappointing.

As a moisturiser I wouldn’t describe this lotion as ‘rich’. It is very light and the second you apply it it’s absorbed and gone. When you apply it, it does leave a sense of moisture and softness on the skin so I was pleasantly surprised at first.

I used it twice daily and I also applied to my throat. My skin is dry so I need to moisturise my skin as often as possible and with this lotion I felt that after an hour I needed to moisturise my skin again.

I do need to say that I had no issues with applying my make up on after using this lotion.

+1 just a bit of this lotion goes a long way, so you don’t have to use a lot, each time.

What you should be aware of: if you buy this, make sure you buy the pump version. The cap version is unbearable!

Overall, the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion was good, but not great.

So, 3 lovely starts from me to CLINIQUE Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion!

What do you think of moisturising lotions? Have you tried any?
